As a woman, I can lift it with one hand, which is just right. It's a bit heavier than other non-stick pans, but much lighter than cast iron. When lifting it with one hand to plate the food after cooking, it's slightly strenuous. Other aspects are basically perfect. The manual is detailed, and after seasoning with oil, it's very smooth for stir-frying. I've stir-fried broccoli and shrimp, and both turned out well. It heats evenly and is deep enough to prevent overflow. I haven't dared to make scrambled eggs yet.
