✅温水加入盆里
我用的 YAMI 亚米 买的张小泉的盆
大小 用来和面特别合适
亚米开箱之 张小泉沥水盆
✅加糖化开之后 加酵母
糖的作用是催化剂 不会让馒头变甜的 不加糖也可以
✅等酵母 化开之后(可以闻到酵母的味道)加面粉
先用筷子搅 然后上手
我没有量 差不多就是 加面加水的过程
活好之后 应该三光
