好看又好吃的心太软做法:


一个心太软需要的分量:


黑巧克力 38g


黄油 31g


全蛋 23g


蛋黄 半个


一小撮


低筋面粉 16g


把黑巧克力和黄油放进碗里,然后隔水融化成液体状态,然后拿出来放凉








鸡蛋加入糖和盐,搅拌至糖充分融化,然后筛入面粉搅拌





等到巧克力黄油不烫手了以后,倒入鸡蛋糊搅拌均匀








模具涂一层油,方便脱模

倒入巧克力面糊,冷却以后放进烤箱220℃8分钟就完成啦!
