讲真，“LobsterNow . 虾闹”的成立很偶然。源于一个吃货很简单的想法——“为什么我们在国外就要委屈自己接受不正宗的味道？”。于是，一个从互联网圈子跨界而来的家伙创建了虾闹。然后，为了把初心变成现实，大王拜入川菜名厨门下，经过月余地钻研，充分试验美国本土生鲜原料，不断优化传统配方，孜孜不倦地追求传统技法与本土材料的完美结合。在这个过程中，大王创造了独树一帜的虾闹秘制口味，积累了丰富的实践经验，同时也得到了大量忠实的拥趸。
说实话，在异国他乡很有限的条件下坚持考究的传统是一件很费心力的事。其间，大王屡屡遭遇挫折和失败，很多次都想放弃坚持传统口味，向规模更大的本土市场妥协。但有一次，一个素未谋面的留学生姑娘给我的留言深深地打动了我，她说：“我觉得你做的东西之所以很受欢迎，是因为有中国的特色口味，不要被那些老美影响了，美国人有他们的hot&juicy，boiling crab，kicking crab，各种crab。而我们，只有虾闹。”
自此，虾闹再没动过改良的念头。
因为大王知道，身在美国的你们，比在家乡的同胞更热爱记忆里的美食。因为你们拼命发掘努力争取得来的美食，可能还比不上他们眼里普普通通不屑一顾的。虾闹试着，做些改变。让你们身处异国他乡，同样可以享用地道美食。
