Instructions
Using a Claypot 1. Prepare a Claypot, add rice, add water to cover the rice, and place the sausage and/or bacon slices on top of the rice 2. Put on medium to low heat (6-10 minutes) with the lid open and cook until the water is gone and not bubbling 3. Reduce the heat to low, pour oil along the side of the pot, add the vegetable bag and bamboo shoot bag, cover the pot, simmer for about 4 minutes, and then turn off the heat 4. After letting it stand for a few minutes, open the lid, add soy sauce and chopped green onion according to personal preference, stir well and serve Using a Microwave 1. Prepare a dish, add wice and water, and place sausage and/or bacon on top of the rice 2. Cook on high for 10 minutes with no lid 3. Remove from microwave and pour oil along the sides of the dish, add smoked meat and bamboo shoots 4. Place the lid on, cook on low heat for 7 minutes. 5. Add soy sauce and onion to taste, stire well and serve Reminder: Please be careful of steam during preparation
