Product Details: For runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing caused by pollen, etc. Effective with once-daily dosing.
Epinastine Tablets 20 "EX" contain epinastine hydrochloride, a second-generation antihistamine. Taken once daily before bedtime, it is highly effective for symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing.
Symptoms of allergic rhinitis occur when causative substances like histamine are released in the body after inhaling pollen, house dust, etc.
Epinastine hydrochloride not only blocks the action of these causative substances but also suppresses their release, providing excellent relief for symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
Indications/Efficacy: Relief of the following nasal allergy symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), etc.: runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing
Ingredients/Quantity: Per tablet (daily dose)
Epinastine hydrochloride: 20mg
Additives: lactose hydrate, cellulose, partially alpha-converted starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, titanium oxide
Usage/Dosage: Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.
(Age / Single dose / Number of doses per day)
Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet, once daily before bedtime
Under 5 years old: Do not take.

(1) Strictly follow the usage and dosage instructions.
(2) For seasonal allergic rhinitis such as pollen allergy, it is effective to start taking the medicine as soon as the forecasted pollen season begins or as soon as symptoms appear.
(3) How to remove tablets:
Press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet firmly with your finger to break the aluminum foil on the back and take out the tablet to swallow.
(Accidentally swallowing the sheet may cause unexpected accidents such as it sticking in the esophagus.)
Things Not to Do (Failure to follow may worsen current symptoms, or increase the risk of side effects or accidents)
1. Do not take if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients
(2) Are a child under 15 years old
(3) Have been diagnosed with liver disease
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product:
Other allergy medicines (including medicines for skin diseases or oral medicines for rhinitis), oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as cold remedies, cough and expectorant medicines, motion sickness medicines, hypnotics/sedatives, etc.)
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine (as drowsiness may occur)
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this product, or avoid breastfeeding if you do take it.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
Consultation
1. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if:
(1) You are under medical treatment
(2) You are pregnant or may be pregnant
(3) You are elderly
(4) You have ever had an allergic reaction to any medicine or other substances

Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, stomatitis, discomfort in the stomach, stomach pain, feeling of heaviness in the stomach, bloating, loss of appetite
Nervous system: Dizziness, insomnia, headache, feeling foggy-headed, numbness, nightmares, hallucinations, auditory hallucinations
Respiratory system: Difficulty breathing
Cardiovascular system: Palpitations
Urinary system: Difficulty urinating, frequent urination, blood in urine, protein in urine
Others: Swelling, hot flashes, chest pain, phlegm, fatigue, nasal congestion, menstrual irregularities, bitter taste, decreased sense of taste, gynecomastia (female-like breasts in males), breast enlargement
Rarely, the following serious symptoms may occur. If so, seek medical attention immediately.

Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or whites of eyes), dark urine, overall fatigue, loss of appetite, etc.
