需要准备的食材👇🏻
肥肉 适量
黄油 适量
鸡蛋🥚 一颗
米饭🍚 一碗
黄洋葱 半颗
西兰花🥦 适量(或者你喜欢的蔬菜)
关于酱汁的调味👇🏻
糖 一小勺
味淋 2大勺
酱油 2-3勺
日本清酒 2大勺
所有调味料混合再加入少许水
淀粉+水 少许备用
如果没有这些调味品🧂没有关系用这些代替

step1. 先把酱汁混合好一会方便直接使用。西兰花🥦切成小朵,洋葱切丝,洋葱最好用黄或者白洋葱,紫洋葱的味道比较刺激一些,黄洋葱用黄油炒过后味道会比较香甜。肥牛焯水备用!
