75克半软化的黄油➕30克糖➕少许盐,用搅拌机搅拌至黄油微白

10克全蛋液分三次加入搅拌均匀

加入125g面粉搓成面团

用保鲜膜包好放冰箱冷藏一小时

187克奶油奶酪隔水加热

加入45克糖搅拌均匀

加入75克淡奶油、23克牛奶搅拌均匀

加入4克朗姆酒、3克柠檬汁搅拌均匀
