One of the goals of making noodles is to try not to "please refer to the actual product", we can cook a bowl of curry noodle soup as beautiful as the cover~
This curry noodle may have been gone for a long time, but I actually bought it in Japan before Yami was on the shelves, which is enough to show my love for it.
I would like to recommend a practice while quietly making it back on the shelves.
That's how it looks. Compared with instant noodles that can be brewed, I prefer this kind of dry noodles that need to be boiled in a pot. It is not only healthier, but also can be used freely. If I just ran away, I would be too lazy to prepare other materials.
In fact, it is very simple to have curry soup powder and a handful of noodles with spices. The noodles are actually turmeric.
Ingredients: minced meat, cabbage and carrots. Because there is no meat slices at home, I will use minced meat. Tear cabbage into small pieces and slice carrots.
First fry the minced meat in the oil pan, then remove and set aside.
Fry the cabbage and carrots with the remaining oil in the pan (you can add a little more if they are not enough), and add the fried minced meat after they are broken.
Add boiling water and wait until the water boils before adding the noodles.
The noodles will be cooked quickly, so after the noodles are soft, add the curry powder packet, continue to cook for about two or three minutes, and the pot will be spicy!

【炸鸡厨房】一碗有诚意的咖喱汤面~
做面条的其中一个目标就是尽量不要“产品请以实物为准”,咱们可以煮一碗跟封面一样漂亮的咖喱汤面~
这个咖喱面可能消失很久了,其实在亚米上架之前我就在日本代购买过,足以看出我对它的喜爱。
我想推荐做法的同时悄悄安利一下让它重新上架。
对它就是长这样,比起油炸可以冲泡的方便面我更喜欢这种需要下锅煮的干面,不但更健康,也可以自由发挥。如果只是冲跑的话我就懒得再去准备别的材料了。
其实里面很简单的就是咖喱汤粉和一把加了香辛料的面条,面条其实是姜黄色的。
材料:肉末,卷心菜和胡萝卜。因为家里没有肉片了就将就着用肉末。卷心菜撕小块,胡萝卜切片。
先油锅里面炒肉末,炒好之后捞出备用。
用锅里剩下的油(不够可以另外加一点)炒卷心菜和胡萝卜,断生之后加入炒好的肉末。
加入开水等水沸腾之后再把面条加进去。
面条很快就会熟,所以面条变软之后就加入咖喱粉包,继续煮两三分钟左右就可以出锅辣!
