今天来尝试一下网红代餐品:奇亚籽!😙
奇亚籽,英文名为 chia seed,还被网友们亲切称呼为 super seed🤔
怎么个super呢?原来奇亚籽里超高含量的各种营养素包括但不仅限于:蛋白质、抗氧化剂、微量元素钙磷镁,以及🌟吃了能变聪明🌟的omega-3不饱和脂肪酸...🤩
更厉害的是,每100g的奇亚籽中,就有将近40g的膳食纤维,这些覆在籽外的黏性水溶纤维会增加肠胃的饱足感,泡水涨开后喝下去,能帮助扩张粑粑体积,轻松润肠通便哦~
而蜂蜜水也有着类似的功效:味甘、性平和,可以润燥滑肠,清热润肺,清除体内毒素,保养皮肤👧

因此两者看起来是个不错的组合哦
材料:一杯温水,两勺蜂蜜,一平勺奇亚籽
步骤:将水和蜂蜜和奇亚籽混合并搅拌均匀,静置十分钟左右
十分钟后奇亚籽就会被泡开啦! 像是一颗颗黑芝麻外面包了一层厚厚的透明的保护膜,一口喝下去感觉滑滑的一下就就下到肚子去了
解决了一杯后是感觉有点撑了(也有可能是因为喝了一杯水的缘故....)喝几天观察一下吧!
