Origin & Process
Grown and produced in Taichung, Taiwan. This semi-fermented , semi-ball-rolled Oolong tea turns dark green when dried. Learning from the craft of Wuyi Rock Tea, through heavy shaking and heavy fermentation, it creates a glutinous and pectin feel in the tea soup. Using medium roasting, it produces the roasted rice aroma and buttery sweetness in the dried tea. The whole tea achieves a rare balance in aroma, taste, and durability, with the potential to transform into different aromas later.
