Take the following amount 3 times daily, before meals or between meals, with water or warm water.

Age: Single dose: Number of doses per day
Adults (15+) : 6 tablets : 3 times
11-14 years : 4 tablets : 3 times
8-10 years : 3 tablets : 3 times
5-7 years : 2 tablets : 3 times
Under 5 years: Do not use.

■Ingredients and Amounts (per 18 tablets, adult daily dose)
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Yokuinin powder: 3000mg
Yokuinin extract (equivalent to 3g of Yokuinin): 231mg
As excipients, contains partially alpha-processed starch, crystalline cellulose, hydrated silica, magnesium metasilicate, and magnesium stearate.
