Uses about 60 kinds of plant-based ingredients centered on wild grasses

We use about 60 kinds of plant-based ingredients including 33 types of wild grasses growing naturally mainly in the Myoko Highlands, as well as vegetables and fruits. Because a wide variety of natural materials are fermented, the jelly contains various nutrients such as essential amino acids and minerals. Moreover, these components are broken down into low-molecular forms by fermentation bacteria, allowing absorption into the body without burdening the digestive system. Additionally, the polysaccharide fungi (dead bacteria) help activate beneficial bacteria and regulate the intestinal flora. No synthetic coloring agents or preservatives are used.

Wild plants growing naturally in the mountains and fields have especially strong vitality, sprouting vigorously even when trampled or under snow cover. Using our proprietary know-how, we combine these wild grasses with compatible useful microorganisms (yeast, lactic acid bacteria, koji mold, etc.) and carefully ferment and mature the enzymes in a natural state.
