【Voltaren EX Tape (Eligible for Self-Medication Tax Deduction) Product Details】

● A pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory tape containing the active ingredient diclofenac sodium, with excellent transdermal absorption.

● The active ingredient is gradually released, providing excellent sustained effect. Use once daily.

● The active ingredient does not volatilize externally and acts directly at the source of pain.

● A gentle, pleasant cooling sensation spreads from the applied area.

● Easy to apply and reposition, with a tape that stretches freely both vertically and horizontally.

● Suitable for large areas such as the lower back and shoulders.

【Indications and Effects】

- Pain in the lower back, shoulder pain associated with stiff shoulders, joint pain, muscle pain, tenosynovitis (pain in hands and wrists), elbow pain (such as tennis elbow), bruises, sprains.

【Dosage and Administration】

- Peel off the plastic film and apply one sheet to the affected area once a day. Do not use more than two sheets at one time. Do not use simultaneously with other topical products containing the same active ingredient.

★ Precautions on Dosage and Administration

- Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and method.

- Do not leave the tape on for more than 24 hours at a time. When reapplying to the same area, ensure there are no symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, or irritation before use.

- This product treats only symptoms such as pain and swelling and does not cure the underlying disease causing them; use only when symptoms are present.

- If sweating or the affected area is wet, wipe thoroughly before application.

- For those with sensitive skin, apply a small patch (about 1-2 cm square) on the inside of the arm for more than half a day before use to confirm no rash, redness, itching, or irritation occurs.

- Do not use other topical agents on the same application site.

【Ingredients】

Diclofenac sodium: 1g

Additives: alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin, styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, liquid paraffin, polyisobutylene, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dibutylhydroxytoluene, L-menthol, and 2 other ingredients

【Precautions】

★ Notes on Use

● Do not use if:

(1) You have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.

(2) You have experienced asthma.

(3) You are pregnant or possibly pregnant.

(4) You are under 15 years old.

● Do not apply to:

(1) Areas around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.

(2) Eczema, rash, wounds.

(3) Areas with athlete’s foot, ringworm, or suppurative (infected) lesions.

● Do not use other topical pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory drugs while using this product.

● Do not use continuously for more than two weeks.

● Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if:

(1) You are under medical treatment.

(2) You are using other medications.

(3) You have a history of allergic reactions to drugs.

(4) You have had a rash or irritation from tape-type products.

(5) You have been diagnosed with peptic ulcer, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, hypertension, heart disease, or influenza.

(6) You are currently taking fluoroquinolone antibiotics, triamterene, lithium, methotrexate, NSAIDs (such as aspirin), steroids, diuretics, cyclosporine, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

(7) You are elderly.

● Stop use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with the product packaging if you experience any side effects such as:

Skin: rash, redness, itching, irritation, swelling, pain, sensation of heat, skin roughness, scaling (dandruff-like or flaking), blisters, pigmentation.

※ Rare but serious symptoms may occur, such as shock (anaphylaxis), contact dermatitis, or photosensitivity. Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.

● If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, discontinue and consult a doctor or pharmacist with the product packaging.

★ Storage and Handling Precautions

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

- Keep out of reach of children.

- Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or quality changes).

- To maintain quality, store unused portions after opening in the original bag with the opening tightly closed.

- Do not use past the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening.
