Spanish Rosemary Honey
Gorgonzola and honey are a widely enjoyed and familiar combination.
However, capturing this perfect pairing in a cookie was challenging, so after many trial and error attempts, we finally arrived at the ingredient we used: Spanish rosemary honey.
Grown in Spain's warm climate, rosemary honey is characterized by its soft, rich flavor and subtle sweetness.
It was the perfect ingredient to bring out the delicious flavor of Gorgonzola.
The resulting Honey & Gorgonzola Cookies allow you to fully enjoy the harmony of the refreshing sweetness of honey and the rich flavor of Gorgonzola.
