Taiwan Sun Moon Lake Ruby Black Tea is a loose leaf black tea made from the TTES No. 18 Ruby cultivar. It brews a deep red liquor with a full-bodied yet smooth and refreshing character. Natural mint and warm cinnamon aromas mingle with honeyed and fruity accents, followed by a clean, mellow, lingering sweetness.

The leaves are picked, withered, rolled, oxidized and dried. Temperature and humidity are carefully managed during oxidation to develop the tea’s aroma, color and depth.
Brewing Guide
Use 6g of tea with 300ml water at 90–100°C. Steep the first infusion for about 2 minutes, then subsequent infusions for 3, 4 and 5 minutes. Enjoy up to 4 infusions and adjust to taste.

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
