[Dosage] Adults (15 years and older): 1.3g per dose; 8-14 years: 0.65g per dose; Not for children under 8 years old.
Usage: Take 3 times daily after or between meals with water or warm water. (The included measuring spoon holds approximately 1.3g when leveled. Please use the leveling plate on the inside of the inner lid.)
