【How to Use】
To prevent tearing and runs:
1. Before use, smooth your fingernails and heels, and remove rings or similar items.
2. Do not use your nails or pull up all at once.
(1) Check front and back.
*The side with the tag is the back (buttocks side).
(2) Pull up to the ankle and align the ankle position accurately.
(3) Insert both thumbs inside and gradually pull up evenly.
*Pull up one leg at a time.
*Because the support is strong, pull up slowly and carefully.
(4) Pull up evenly to the waist after making sure there is no gap under the crotch.
(5) Lift from the thigh to the hip and fit it into the hip area.
*If a gap forms under the crotch, lower it back to the ankle and pull up again.
