【Details of Senna Tablets】
● A natural plant-based laxative using senna leaves.
● "Senna" is a plant that has been used since ancient times by Arabian physicians and is a commonly used laxative in Western countries. In Japan, senna is widely used to relieve constipation and associated symptoms. The plant originates from Africa, the southern Arabian Peninsula, India, etc., and Japan mainly imports it from southern India.
● Known active ingredients include anthraquinone derivatives such as Sennoside A and B, rhein, aloe-emodin, chrysophanol, etc.
● The active ingredients “Sennoside A and B” contained in senna leaves are activated by intestinal bacteria, stimulating the large intestine and promoting bowel movements by enhancing intestinal peristalsis.
● Since the active ingredient sennoside is transformed by intestinal bacteria to exert its effect, do not use this product together with antibiotics or drugs such as Seirogan that reduce intestinal bacteria.

【Indications and Effects】
- Constipation
- Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: heavy head, flushing, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids
【Dosage and Administration】
- Take the following dose up to twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach with water or warm water without chewing.
- Maintain at least a 4-hour interval between doses. For the first time, start with the minimum dose and adjust gradually according to bowel movement condition.
Adults (15 years and older): 3 to 5 tablets per dose, twice a day
Ages 11 to under 15: 2 to 3 tablets per dose, twice a day
Children under 11 years: Do not administer
