【Details of Senna Packets for Night & Morning】
● This is a decoction medicine using senna.
● It is effective for relieving constipation, skin irritation associated with constipation, and acne.

【Indications and Effects】
- Constipation
- Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: heavy head, flushing, skin irritation, acne, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids
【Dosage and Administration】
- Adults (15 years and older): Put one daily packet into 150mL–200mL of boiling water, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, remove the packet, and take half to the full amount of the decoction once preferably before bedtime. For the first time, start with the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the dose depending on bowel movement condition.
