When it comes to the enjoying classic flavors of traditional Japanese desserts, it doesn't get much better than these Red Bean and Matcha biscuits from Pejoy. Red Bean, known in Japan as Azuki, is the basis for the popular sweet bean paste, Anko. And Matcha, if you don't know it already, is a powdered green tea, world-renowned for its distinctive, fresh flavor. Pejoy has brought the two of them together inside a crispy biscuit for a uniquely delicious new snack.
