【How to Use】
Items needed:
・1 packet of DHC Protein Diet
・Water

(1) Pour water into the shaker.
(2) Add 1 packet of DHC Protein Diet into the shaker.
(3) Close the shaker lid tightly and shake well.
Make sure to close the lid completely!
* You may add ice or adjust the amount of water according to your preference.
* Do not prepare in advance; consume as soon as possible.
