Si Wu Tang is the primary traditional Chinese medicine formula for nourishing blood. It consists of four medicinal ingredients: Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica), Shu Di Huang (Rehmannia), Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum), and Bai Shao (White Peony). It is commonly used to both nourish and invigorate blood, as well as regulate menstruation. It can be used to replenish blood in individuals with blood deficiency and promote blood circulation in individuals with blood stasis.
Instructions:
Rinse the Chinese herbs briefly.
Soak the herbs in an appropriate amount of water for 15 minutes.
Pour the soaked herbs into a clay pot, add an equal amount of yellow rice wine and water, and stew them together.
Bring it to a boil over high heat, then cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Note！ Although Si Wu Tang is beneficial, it is not suitable for everyone, especially for individuals who:
Have endometriosis.
Have uterine fibroids.
Have chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
