Breast milk freshly expressed can be frozen and stored for up to 6 months; however, it is recommended to use within 3 months as a guideline.

Safety Precautions

● Keep this product out of reach of children. ● Do not thaw at room temperature naturally to avoid hygiene risks. ● Do not refreeze thawed breast milk or add fresh milk to thawed milk. ● Clean and sterilize breast pumps and feeding bottles thoroughly according to their manuals (boiling, chemical sterilization, microwave sterilization). ● Wash hands thoroughly with soap before using packs, pumping, or feeding.
● Packs are sterilized. Do not blow into the pack or insert fingers inside the zipper part. Take out one sheet at a time and keep the remaining sheets sealed in the bag.
● Do not fill beyond the indicated "fill line" to avoid expansion and leakage during freezing.
● Frozen packs may break due to impact from dropping or bumping; handle with care.
● Do not thaw using boiling water, microwave, or direct fire to avoid nutrient damage or burns.
● Do not reuse packs.
