Product Introduction:

Original Butterfly Pastries: Master Lai, known for his creative innovations and combining Chinese and Western ingredients, has meticulously researched and developed a special blend of French natural butter. The butter has a natural aroma and a smooth texture. Using a variety of fresh ingredients and a carefully crafted flaky crust, he has created the "No. 1 Favorite Butterfly Pastry in Hong Kong*", a crispy and fragrant treat. The variety of flavors is truly delightful. Chef Li has also meticulously adjusted the method and size of the butterfly cookies to highlight their crispness and crunch.

The original butterfly cookies, made with natural French butter, are sweet but not cloying. The pastry is crafted with a secret recipe and undergoes four stages of baking, resulting in a full, glossy appearance and a crisp exterior with a crumbly interior.

Hazelnut Crispy Cookies: Made with natural butter, high-quality flour, and fresh eggs, these cookies forgo lard and shortening, employing a refined multi-stage whipping technique and slow baking at multiple stages. This allows the cookies to maintain their crispness while infusing them with a rich buttery aroma and a naturally sweet flavor. The two master chefs have also combined various Chinese and Western ingredients, meticulously refining the proportions to create a variety of flavors, such as salted egg, hazelnut, spicy, and pistachio. Each one is crisp, delicious, and uniquely flavorful—truly a masterpiece of craftsmanship.

These crunchy cookies are infused with crunchy hazelnut pieces, giving them an extra crisp texture and a delightful nutty aroma.
