Product Details
Keratin Peeling Agent
Speil Paste One Touch EX is a keratin peeling agent utilizing the keratolytic and dissolving action of salicylic acid. It softens and dissolves thickened and hardened skin, removing keratin from corns, calluses, and warts. Additionally, the included size adjustment seal allows for precise application to the affected area.
Shape
【Medication-impregnated Pad (this product)】
Medication part: Salicylic acid penetrates the affected area and exerts its effect.
Protective pad: Adhesive to prevent slipping, protecting the area and alleviating pressure pain.
【Fixation Tape】
Made from stretchable fit material to securely fix the pad.
【Size Adjustment Seal】
Prevents medication from adhering to healthy skin around the affected area.
Inner hole diameters: 5mm, 7mm, 9mm
To use, fold the backing paper at the end of the size adjustment seal and peel it off with your finger for easy removal.
Example of Proper Use of Speil Paste One Touch EX Finger L
※ For better results, soak the affected area in warm water to soften, then wipe thoroughly before use.
1. Confirm the size of the area with thick and hardened keratin.
2. If the green medication area (diameter 10mm) is larger than the affected area, the medication may adhere to healthy skin, causing whitening, softening, or pain. To prevent this, peel off the size adjustment seal with the hole matching or slightly smaller than the affected area and attach it so the inner hole aligns with the area.
For areas with a diameter of 10mm or more, the size adjustment seal is unnecessary.
3. Attach the medication pad so that the medication part lines up with the hole in the size adjustment seal.
If not using the seal, attach the medication pad directly to the affected area.
4. Attach the included fixation tape so that it covers half of the medication pad and half of the skin. Then, affix the other side similarly, press firmly, and keep it in place for 2–3 days. This provides better adhesion than daily replacement and speeds up softening of hardened areas.
5. When replacing, carefully remove the whitish keratin with disinfected tweezers without causing pain.
6. If the affected area cannot be completely removed, repeat steps 1–5.
7. Especially for corns, complete removal of the core (keratin pillar) is necessary to prevent recurrence. After removing the whitish keratin, continue treatment patiently until the core is expelled, using the size adjustment seal matching the remaining core size.
8. After removing corns or calluses, the area may become sunken or keratin may harden again, but new skin will regenerate. Keep the area clean. If pain occurs, apply an emergency bandage or similar.
※ Bathing while using this product is acceptable, but ensure the area is sealed to prevent water ingress. Wipe off moisture thoroughly if wet. Replace if detached.
※ If an appropriately sized adjustment seal is unavailable or used up, cut the medicated part slightly smaller than the affected area and attach to prevent slipping.
※ When the fixation tape runs out, purchase the separately sold Speil Tape.

Peel off from the backing paper, attach the medicated part to the affected area without slipping, and replace with a new medicated pad every 2–3 days.
【Application Method】
※ Soaking the affected area in warm water to soften, then wiping thoroughly before application enhances effectiveness.
1. Confirm the size of the area with thickened keratin.
2. If the green medication area (diameter 10mm) exceeds the affected area, the medication may adhere to healthy skin, causing whitening, softening, or pain. To prevent this, peel off the size adjustment seal with a hole matching or slightly smaller than the area and affix it so the inner hole aligns with the affected area. If the diameter is 10mm or more, the seal is unnecessary.
3. Attach the medication pad so that the medication part aligns with the hole in the seal. If not using the seal, attach directly to the affected area.
4. Use the included fixation tape to fix the pad and skin, covering half each. Press firmly and keep in place for 2–3 days, improving adhesion and softening the hardened area faster.
5. When replacing, gently remove the whitish keratin with disinfected tweezers without causing pain.
6. Repeat steps 1–5 if the affected area is not fully removed.
7. For corns, ensure complete removal of the core (keratin pillar) to prevent recurrence. After removing the keratin, continue patiently until the core is expelled, matching the size adjustment seal to the remaining core size.
8. After removal, the area may become sunken or keratin may harden again, but new skin will regenerate. Keep the area clean. If painful, apply a first aid bandage.
