Aphthous ulcers are small, shallow, painful sores (less than 10 mm in diameter) that typically occur on the inside of the cheeks, the tongue, or under the lips. They have red edges and a shallow white center. The exact cause is unknown, but stress, fatigue, and dietary imbalance are believed to be contributing factors.
Indication
For the treatment of aphthous stomatitis: one or several small, painful shallow ulcers inside the mouth, characterized by red edges and a round white center.
Dosage and Administration
Apply an appropriate amount directly to the affected area once or several times daily.
Precautions

Avoid eating or drinking immediately after application.

Do not use for purposes other than treatment (e.g., denture adhesion).
How to Apply

Wash hands and fingertips thoroughly.

Rinse mouth.

Use tissue/gauze to lightly dry the affected area.

Apply the ointment using a fingertip (after drying it), covering the ulcer.

Avoid touching with tongue and refrain from eating for a while. Best applied after meals or before bed.

Wipe tube clean and close tightly after use.
