DONG-A PHARM MelaToning Cream contains 2% hydroquinone for gradual lightening of melasma, freckles, age spots and other localized excess pigmentation. It is classified as an OTC topical medicine in Korea.
Key Ingredients
Hydroquinone 2%: 20mg per gram of cream.
Also contains sodium hyaluronate, aloe vera gel and shea butter.

Directions
Before first use, apply a small amount to a test area and observe for 24 hours. If tolerated, apply a small amount to pigmented areas once or twice daily, in the morning and before bed. The brand advises localized application after basic skincare. Do not treat more than 10% of the total skin surface.
Sun Protection and Duration
Protect treated areas from sunlight during and after treatment, using sunscreen or protective clothing. Stop and consult a doctor or pharmacist if there is no improvement after approximately two months. Avoid prolonged continuous use without professional guidance.

Stop use and seek advice if itching, blistering or marked inflammation occurs.
