DONG-A PHARM MelaNosa Cream contains 4% hydroquinone for gradual lightening of melasma, freckles, age spots and other localized excess pigmentation. It is classified as an OTC topical medicine in Korea.
Active Ingredient
Hydroquinone 4%: 40mg per gram of cream.

Directions
Before first use, apply a small amount to a test area and observe for 24 hours. If tolerated, apply a small amount to affected areas once or twice daily, in the morning and before bedtime.
Recommends bedtime application. Limit treatment to localized areas covering no more than 10% of the total skin surface.
Sun Protection and Duration
Protect treated areas from sunlight during and after treatment, using sunscreen or protective clothing. Stop and consult a doctor or pharmacist if there is no improvement after approximately two months. Avoid prolonged continuous use without professional guidance.

Precautions
Do not use during pregnancy or possible pregnancy, in children aged 12 or younger, with kidney impairment, or with an allergy to the ingredients. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if breastfeeding, sulfite-sensitive or with a history of asthma.
Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Stop use and seek advice if itching, blistering or marked inflammation occurs.
Storage
Keep tightly closed in a dry, cool, dark place at 30°C or below, out of children's reach. Check the packaging for the expiry date.
