A type of thick noodles with a slight yellow hue, styled after those from Sapporo, Hokkaido. The rich and fragrant soup is characteristic of Sapporo miso ramen from Hokkaido, made with two kinds of red miso, and prepared using concentrated kelp broth from Hokkaido.
