【Efficacy and Effects】
Fatigue recovery, sensitivity to cold, stiff shoulders, lower back pain, bruises, sprains, neuralgia, rheumatism, chilblains, hemorrhoids, cracked skin, rough skin, prickly heat, eczema, acne, cold sensitivity before and after childbirth.
【Usage Instructions】
・Dissolve about 30g (one scoop with the included measuring spoon) of the granules in 200L of bath water before bathing.
・Do not rinse off with plain water; get out of the bath as is.
・When the bath is fizzy, bringing your face close to the water surface may occasionally cause coughing.
・Can be used when bathing with babies aged 3 months or older.

【Precautions】
・Ready to use as is (not a refill).
・Be careful not to cut your hand on the cut edge or corners of the bag.
★ Storage
・Do not put water inside the pouch. If water enters, open the zipper and leave it until the fizzing stops.
・Close the zipper tightly; keep out of reach of infants and young children, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, and high humidity.
・Do not transfer to other containers to maintain quality.
・Use as soon as possible after opening the pouch.

・Leftover bathwater contains many inorganic salts; do not use for watering potted or valuable plants.
