Drug Information
■ Precautions for Use
・Consultation required
1. The following people should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine:
(1) People currently receiving medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.

2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, there is a possibility of side effects. Stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet:

Skin: Rash, redness, itching

3. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet.

■ Indications and Effects
Can be used regardless of physical strength, for the following symptoms related to urinary abnormalities, sometimes accompanied by dry mouth: difficulty urinating, painful urination, sensation of residual urine, frequent urination, swelling

■ Dosage and Administration
Take the following dose with water or warm water before meals or between meals.

　Age: Dose per administration: Number of doses per day
Adults (15 years and older): 4 tablets: 3 times
7 years and older but under 15 years: 3 tablets: 3 times
5 years and older but under 7 years: 2 tablets: 3 times
Under 5 years: Do not take
Precautions related to dosage and administration
(1) When giving to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) "Between meals" refers to 2 to 3 hours after eating.

■ Ingredients and Amounts
Per 12 tablets
Extract of Choreito Dry Extract (Japanese Pharmacopoeia Chorei: 1.8 g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Kasseki: 1.8 g,
Akyo: 1.8 g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Bukuryo: 1.8 g, Japanese Pharmacopoeia Takusha: 1.8 g
Equivalent to the above crude drug amounts): contains 1.56 g.

Additives: Anhydrous silica, silica Al, CMC-Ca, cellulose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, lactose hydrate

■ Storage and Handling Precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight with the zipper tightly closed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers.
(This may cause misuse or deterioration of quality.)
(4) This product uses crude drugs (medicinal herbs such as roots, barks, etc.) as raw materials, so color and other characteristics may vary between products, but efficacy and effects will not change.
(5) Do not handle this medicine with wet hands. If moisture comes into contact with the tablets, the surface may discolor or crack.
