[Features]
Marvy uses maltitol syrup derived from starch. Compared to sugar, it has about half the calories and is known for its mild sweetness at 80%※2 of sugar’s sweetness. It is also characterized by being less easily digested and absorbed in the body, making it recommended for those who want to enjoy delicious sweetness while controlling calorie intake.
By simply replacing the sugar you normally use in cooking with Marvy sweetener, you can easily and conveniently reduce calories. It is resistant to heat and acid, making it less likely to discolor or become bitter, so it does not spoil the appearance or the taste of ingredients.
Two types are available: a liquid type that blends well with ingredients and a powder type that can be used just like sugar. Please choose according to your usage.
