Usage Instructions: After brushing, take an appropriate amount (about 10mL, half a cap) into the mouth, spread well for about 20 seconds, then spit out.
*No need to rinse with water after use. Can be used anytime, but use before bedtime is recommended. This product is not a toothpaste, so continue daily brushing.
