"Usage Instructions"
〈Daily Recommended Intake〉 2 bags 〈How to Consume〉 【Hot Brew】 Pour 200ml of boiling water over one tea bag, let it steep for 3 minutes, then move it up and down about 10 times before removing and drinking.
【Cold Brew】 Pour 200–300ml of water over one tea bag, move it up and down about 10 times, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Afterward, move it up and down about 10 times again, remove the tea bag, and drink.
