Curl Rush Fixer 1 Piece

Transparent mascara primer with a waterproof formula creates flexible upward curled lashes for a fresh feel. Whether your lashes are naturally downward-growing or straight, it works with an eyelash curler to form soft, lifted curls that look freshly curled. It dries quickly, applies lightly, and leaves no stiff or heavy feeling.
