Usage Instructions: ● In addition to daily tooth brushing, take about 20mL into the mouth, rinse for about 20 to 30 seconds, then spit out. (No need to rinse after use)

(1) Clean the bottle ・Before refilling, wash the inside of the bottle, screw neck, and cap with water and dry thoroughly.
(2) Open the cap ・Hold the base of the cap and turn counterclockwise to remove the cap.
(3) Pour into the bottle ・Hold the edges with both hands and pour gently and slowly. Seal the remaining liquid tightly and store. *Pour slowly to prevent spilling! 【Precautions】
