"Instructions for Use"
In addition to daily tooth brushing, take about 20mL (line at half the cap) into your mouth, rinse for about 20 to 30 seconds, then spit out.
(No need to rinse after use)

Do not swallow as this is not an oral medicine.
Avoid direct sunlight and keep out of reach of infants and young children.
