Vitamin B1 (Thiamine nitrate)・・・30mg
Sodium chondroitin sulfate ester・・・800mg
Potassium asparagine and magnesium mixture・・・200mg
As additives, it contains hydrochloride glucosamine, cellulose, pregelatinized starch, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate.
Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount three times a day (morning, noon, evening) with water or warm water without chewing.
○ Adults (15 and over)・・・3 tablets per dose, 3 times daily
○ Under 15 years of age・・・do not take
