About Ramen:
A new product from the "Myojo Chinese Cuisin" series, celebrating its 45th anniversary this year, featuring an addictive numbing spiciness.
The noodles are non-fried, specially made for cold noodles with a firm yet smooth and supple texture. Supervised by the renowned Cantonese restaurant "Akasaka Rikyu," the spicy cold noodle dish is served with a savory-spicy soy sauce dressing that combines the sourness of black vinegar and mala sauce, characterized by the numbing spiciness of Sichuan pepper and chili.
How to Cook:
1.Boil the noodles
Put the noodles into plenty of boiling water and boil for 5–6 minutes while loosening them with chopsticks.
2.Cool the noodles in cold water and drain well
Transfer the boiled noodles to a colander, rinse under cold water (or ice water) to cool them thoroughly, then drain well.
3.Serve on a plate
Place the noodles on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Add ham, cucumber, shredded omelette, or other toppings as desired for even better flavor.
