Ancient Kyoto Tradition in Every Cup
Authentic Steaming Method
Our Premium Uji Sencha "Shinsen" is crafted using a traditional steaming method passed down through generations. Immediately after harvesting, the tea leaves are steamed to halt fermentation, preserving their natural essence. The leaves are then meticulously kneaded and dried multiple times to break down the fibers, ensuring optimal extraction of their rich components.
Exquisite Taste Profile
Upon brewing, you will be greeted by an elegant aroma and a mellow, sweet unique flavor. The tea’s sweet fragrance perfectly complements its mild astringency, culminating in a refreshingly smooth finish.
