Kirari
This premium matcha is made from "Kirari 31," a new variety bred at the Miyazaki Prefectural Agricultural Experiment Station by crossing "Sakimidori" and "Saemidori."
It is characterized by its rich umami and sweetness, and exquisite color and aroma.
The first thing that strikes the eye is its vibrant emerald color, followed by a rich aroma and gentle sweetness that spreads throughout the mouth, followed by a refreshing coolness that lingers.
This matcha is equally delicious when paired with milk or desserts, offering a perfect combination of color, aroma, and flavor that is both visually pleasing and delicious.
