Special note: This product is freshly made in the USA. The zongzi you receive come in double-layer vacuum packaging and feel fresh, soft, and springy. If the inner layer has lost vacuum, do not eat. If only the outer layer is not vacuum-sealed, quality is not affected.
The zongzi you receive are freshly made and not frozen. Freeze only if you need longer storage. For longer keeping, freezing for up to 3 months will not affect the taste (freezer storage guidance, not a general shelf-life claim). Heat according to the package label: submerge in boiling water and simmer for 25 minutes. Follow the actual packaging for heating and storage.
