Alaway by Bausch + Lomb is an antihistamine eye drop at the original prescription strength. Its active ingredient is ketotifen fumarate 0.035%, an antihistamine/mast cell stabilizer that relieves itchy eyes due to ragweed, pollen, grass, animal hair and dander. It works within minutes and provides up to 12 hours of relief per dose. For ages 3 and older. Size 10mL (0.34 fl oz), a 60-day supply. Directions: put 1 drop in the affected eye twice daily (about 8-12 hours apart). Warnings: for external eye use only; remove contact lenses before use and wait at least 10 minutes before reinserting; do not use to treat contact-lens-related irritation; do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy; ask a doctor if eye pain or vision changes occur; keep out of reach of children.
