💡 Brewing Suggestions
1. Gaiwan/Teapot Brewing Method (Enjoy the Aroma)
Take one slice (about 5g) and place it in a gaiwan or teapot.
Break with 95℃ hot water. The first infusion should be about 30 seconds.
It can be infused 5-7 times, increasing the steeping time by 10 seconds each time.
2. Boiling Method (Enjoy the Mellow Aroma)
Take 1-2 slices and place them in a teapot.
Add 300-500ml of cold water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Suitable for brewing tea around a fire in winter, resulting in a richer, more mellow aroma.
3. Steeping Method (Optimal for Office Workers)
Place one slice in a thermos.
Stew with 95℃ hot water for 10-15 minutes before drinking.
