大家好,好久不见。最近网络爆红的90后佛系少女说的就是大表妹本人,一个无时无刻都用保温杯泡枸杞的老腊肉感觉被这个世界正名,心无波澜。然而上星期去了一趟LA,被朋友带去吃了一顿冒菜,表妹直接想怒吼了,佛系直接变道系:卧槽怎么这么好吃!!!
为了能复刻那种好吃的味道跟幸福的瞬间,表妹又一次自己动手了。略复杂,但是味道好吃而且家常做法健康无比。

这次主要用的是天后火锅的底料(PS感谢小二感谢金主爸爸)。从包装上就可以看到整个产品的包装设计都非常好看,而且标榜无味色素防腐剂等添加,特别适合我这种注重养生的人。打开盒子,内含说明书一份,花椒,辣椒,酱料包,红油包。简单不含糊,并且花椒跟辣椒打开之后很香,品质很不错,而且量不少。



首先把葱白跟半个洋葱下小锅炸油,榨至金黄色即可捞起弃之(小锅空间小可充分油炸食材,我一次弄了很多,剩下的用油壶装起,可以吃葱油拌面用)。用葱油爆香料(草果,香味,八角,花椒,辣椒)👇🏻



闻到香气之后,转入炒锅,加入豆瓣酱炒香,大概3分钟之后加入天后火锅底料一起翻炒。最后加入大量的水,加盐,熬住20分钟。注意,底料写着1-2人食用份量,而我放入的水较多,所以自己加了不少盐。同时,熬煮20分钟才能让香料充分散发出香气,所以请一定要花点时间等待等待。



20分钟过后把香料捞起废弃,加入自己喜欢的蔬菜跟肉类,越难熟的越早放。我超爱的冻豆腐和牛百叶最后煮一分钟就可以了。

最后把菜都捞起来,放上葱段跟蒜泥,倒入适量的汤汁跟红油,就可以开吃了。

不得不说的是冬天吃冒菜真是一种享受,全都是自己爱吃蔬菜跟肉,每一口都是幸福的味道。而且这个底料超级健康,配上香料的熬煮,大料的香气全都释放出来并集中的进入到蔬菜里面,又麻又辣特别下饭。
