自制炸鸡(神仙吃法推荐)





不知不觉这一年就要过去啦

这一学期也要结束了 final忙到哭

因为想吃国内香辣鸡腿堡里的炸鸡

老公昨天下厨做了超好吃的炸鸡安慰我哈哈

自己做超级简单,懒得动手的宝宝可以直接去买炸鸡

不过就没有神仙吃法了哈哈哈


步骤:

1.腌肉:鸡肉加料酒、姜、五香粉、盐、白胡椒和辣椒粉腌制一晚。

2.做裹面:混合面粉、糯米粉、盐、辣椒粉和孜然,面粉糯米粉比例5:1

3.腌制好的鸡肉裹一层裹面,喷点水再裹一层。

4.中火烧至油伸入筷子🥢会冒泡,下鸡肉,炸至金黄,大约8分钟。也可以用空气炸锅,不过我们想炸点丸子,所以用了油。

5.蘸椒盐吃超级香!
