The fragrant pot is very healing, and you don't need to wash a lot of bowls after one pot.
I choose short-grain jinmi, so that each grain of the stewed rice is distinct, and it is full of soup, and it tastes extraordinarily fragrant. I don't have a specific amount of soy sauce, but the light soy sauce is about 3-4 times that of the dark soy sauce. You can adjust it according to your own taste.
<Ingredients for 2 people>
- 2 boneless chicken thighs cut into small pieces

3. Add diced carrots and potato cubes to the pot, add shiitake mushrooms and shiitake mushroom water
4. Add rice and bay leaves, and add some salt.
5. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, do not cover the ingredients, and add the basic water to about 1/2-2/3 of the ingredients.

最近几天孕期反应格外强烈,前两天还总是恶心,所以都没怎么做饭,今天总算好一些可以正常做饭了,最近几天Ohio换季格外的冷,我总想吃热的,所以晚餐做了非常好吃又很简单的鸡肉香菇焖饭,香喷喷的一大锅很治愈,而且一锅出还不用刷很多碗。
我选用的是短粒的锦米,做到焖饭里每一颗都粒粒分明,又吸满了汤汁,吃起来格外的香。我没有具体量酱油的用量,不过大概生抽是老抽的3-4倍,大家可以根据自己口味作调整。
<2人份食材>
- 2块去骨鸡腿肉切成小块
- 姜丝
- 1个洋葱切块
- 香菇
- 油
- 1勺红糖
- 1勺老抽
- 生抽
- 料酒
- 3颗红辣椒
- 香叶一片
- 3/4 cup 大米
- 2根胡萝卜切丁
- 2个土豆切滚刀块
<做法>
1. 把香菇浸泡在水中,不要倒香菇水,然后来准备别的食材。
2. 点instant pot的"Saute"功能,加入少量油,加红糖,等糖开始融化的时候加入鸡腿肉,炒香后加入姜丝和洋葱,加生抽和老抽和一勺料酒,再加入辣椒。
3. 在锅中加胡萝卜丁和土豆块,加入香菇和香菇水
4. 加入大米和香叶,再放适量盐。
5. 倒入适量水,不要没过食材,基本水加到食材的1/2-2/3左右。
6. 按"Rice"功能,等熟了自然放气即可。
