Caramel Egg Pudding 🍮 Easy GET 😉

The material is simple:

1⃣️ Beat two eggs in a large bowl, Add 20g sugar and mix well. Stir until the egg whites are completely incorporated and the color is even.

3⃣️ Pour in the hot milk little by little in egg wash. Add little by little at first, stirring as you add. When half of the milk has been added, you can pour in all the remaining milk at once and continue to stir evenly.

5⃣️ Pour a layer on the bottom of a small bowl caramel syrup, and after it has cooled slightly, pour in the prepared egg mixture. The foam on the surface can be left alone, there is no need to scrape it off.

材料很简单:

🌟 两只鸡蛋;

🌟 300g half & half 牛奶;

🌟 100g whole milk

🌟 20g 白糖;

🌟 焦糖浆(焦糖的做法可以参考我之前的晒单哦)




1⃣️ 两只鸡蛋打在大碗里,再加入20g 白糖,搅拌均匀。搅拌至蛋白蛋黄完全融合,颜色均匀即可。




2⃣️ half & half和牛奶倒在锅里,煮热。


3⃣️ 将煮热的牛奶一点点倒进蛋液里。一开始一点点加,并且边加边搅拌。等到牛奶已经加了一半后,就可以将剩下的牛奶一下子全部倒入,继续搅拌均匀。




4⃣️ 添加完毕的蛋浆如👆图所示,呈现淡黄色。




5⃣️ 在小碗的碗底倒一层焦糖浆,并且等它稍微冷却后,倒入调好的蛋浆。表面的泡沫不用管它也可以,没有刮去的必要。




6⃣️ 烧一锅水,水开后把碗放下去蒸。合上盖子,中火蒸八分钟后,关火,焖五分钟。




7⃣️ 出锅,等它稍微冷却到常温后,用保鲜膜包住碗口,放冰箱冷藏一个小时。喜欢吃热的或常温的小伙伴也可以省略这个步骤,按个人喜好来选择。




8⃣️ 用小刀在碗边刮一圈,然后倒扣在碟子上,轻轻拍一下碗底,可以听见扑通一声。可爱的焦糖鸡蛋布丁已经在你碟子里啦✌️
