A: You can visit Account ＞Gift Cards to enter your card number and security code.Funds will be added to your account once you click or tap"redeem".If you selected "For me" when purchasing a Yami eGift Card,those funds are automatically applied to your Gift Card balance.
Q: Is my Yami Gift Card balance transferable to other accounts?
A: No,Yami Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to other accounts and can only be used by the account that redeems it.Please note that anyone with the card number and security can redeem the card,so please keep your information secure.
Q: Can I use my Yami Gift Card to purchase products from third-party sellers an Yami.com?
A:Yes!Yami Gift Cards can be used to purchase items that are both from Fulfied by Yami(FBY) or Marketplace.
Q: Do Yami Gift Cards ever expire?
A: No.Yami Gift Cards have no expiration date.
Q: Will my physical gift card be shipped with the rest of my order or will it ship separately？
